How We Personalize Your Support
Because no two bodies respond the same way, personalization is central to this work.
We begin by slowing things down and getting a clear picture of what’s happening for you — your symptoms, your triggers, your concerns, and what you want your life to feel like moving forward.
From there, we create a personalized plan informed by your experiences and how your body responds over time. This may include thoughtful medication awareness and optimization, flare-up prevention strategies, gentle and sustainable movement, and intentional breathing practices — with ongoing adjustment and support as we learn what helps you feel your best.
As a registered respiratory therapist and certified breathwork facilitator, I combine clinical understanding with body-based practices to help you respond to changes in your breathing with more confidence, calm your nervous system when symptoms arise, and rebuild trust in your body.
This work is practical, supportive, and collaborative. There’s no rushing, no pressure, and no one-size-fits-all formula — just steady guidance, education, and care.
All of this comes together so you can live the life you were meant to live with greater ease, confidence, and presence — connected to the people and moments that matter most to you.
Who This Support Is For:
You may recognize yourself here if:
You want practical tools to help prevent and manage flare-ups, not just react to them
You feel anxious or uncertain when your breathing changes and want to respond with more calm and confidence
You’re open to learning how breathing, movement, and nervous system support can work together
You want guidance that respects your body, your limits, and your lived experience
You experience breathlessness that affects your daily activities, confidence, or sense of freedom
This work is especially supportive for women who are ready to take an active, compassionate role in caring for their breathing — with guidance, education, and steady support.
Who This Support May Not Be For:
This support may not be the right fit if:
You are experiencing severe or unstable breathing symptoms that require intensive medical management
You are looking for a quick fix, guaranteed outcomes, or a one-size-fits-all solution
You are not open to exploring gentle movement, breathing practices, or self-awareness as part of your care
You prefer a highly directive or rigid program without collaboration or personalization
If you’re unsure whether this approach is right for you, a free conversation can help us explore that together.
Why Did I Create Erica White Wellness?
I wanted a place where women can learn to breathe easier, calm their minds, and feel confident living life again — without fear leading the way.
My approach blends:
• practical breathing techniques,
• emotional calm routines,
• lifestyle habits for daily energy, and
• a compassionate understanding of the challenges women face with COPD, asthma, and chronic breath struggles.
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about progress.
It’s about learning what your body needs, honoring your pace, and finding freedom in the moments that matter most.
If you’re ready to breathe easier, feel calmer, and reconnect with the life you’ve been missing, you’re in the right place. I am here to walk with you one breathe, one choice, and one small win at a time.
