Many women are told they’re “fine,” yet still feel anxious, tense, or disconnected from their bodies. They push through their days, unsure why calm feels so far away, even when nothing seems medically wrong.
Over time, that constant stress takes a toll on the body, the mind, and the ability to enjoy life fully.

How I Help
My name is Erica White. I’m a registered respiratory therapist and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience helping people through vulnerable moments.
I’ve seen what happens when breathing feels uncertain — and I’ve also seen what’s missing once people leave the hospital: simple, supportive tools to manage stress, regulate breathing, and rebuild trust in their bodies.
That’s why I do this work.
Today, I help women breathe easier, calm their nervous systems, and feel more grounded through gentle, practical practices that meet them where they are.
What This Work Looks Like
My approach is calm, supportive, and evidence-based.
This is not about pushing yourself or fixing what’s “wrong.”
It’s about learning how to support your body, slow your breath, and create space for healing — one step at a time.
