So, who am I?

Respiratory Therapist. Wellness Coach. A guide for women who want to breathe easier, feel calmer, and live fully again.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked as a respiratory therapist, helping people through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. In hospital rooms and bedside conversations, I’ve seen the fear that comes when breathing feels uncertain — and I’ve seen the strength it takes to keep going.

But the moment that stayed with me wasn’t inside the hospital.
It was watching what happened afterward.

Women would go home after treatment or therapy…
and instead of feeling confident, they felt alone with their breathing.
Unsure how much to move.
Afraid of pushing too hard.
Trying to “get back to normal” while carrying fear they didn’t know how to talk about.

I realized something important:
Breathing difficulties don’t end when therapy ends.
And women needed more than medical instructions —
they needed support, tools, reassurance, and a safe space to rebuild trust in their own bodies.

Why Did I Create Erica White Wellness?

I wanted a place where women can learn to breathe easier, calm their minds, and feel confident living life again — without fear leading the way.

My approach blends:
• practical breathing techniques,
• emotional calm routines,
• lifestyle habits for daily energy, and
• a compassionate understanding of the challenges women face with COPD, asthma, and chronic breath struggles.

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about progress.
It’s about learning what your body needs, honoring your pace, and finding freedom in the moments that matter most.

If you’re ready to breathe easier, feel calmer, and reconnect with the life you’ve been missing, you’re in the right place. I am here to walk with you one breathe, one choice, and one small win at a time.
