This work includes thoughtful medication optimization — but it doesn’t stop there.

More importantly, it’s about learning your personal triggers and having a clear, supportive plan in place to help prevent flare-ups and manage symptoms with greater confidence.

As a registered respiratory therapist and certified breathwork facilitator, I bring both clinical understanding and body-based practices into this work — helping you learn how to breathe with intention, calm your nervous system, and rebuild trust in your breath.

We focus on gentle, sustainable movement that supports your breathing and energy — not punishment or exhaustion — so you can stay present and engaged in your life.

At the same time, we address the deeper work — learning to trust yourself again, recognizing your inherent value as a human being, and releasing the fear that so often accompanies chronic breathing challenges.
