Over eight weeks, we focus on rebuilding trust in your breath, strengthening emotional and physical resilience, and creating sustainable routines that support real, everyday life.
This program is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning how to live well — with steadiness, confidence, and compassion — even with COPD or asthma.
